INVITATION TO BID

BID DUE TIME: 1:00 PM CENTRAL TIME

Sealed bids will be received by the Pensacola Downtown Parking Management District, 41 N. Jefferson Street – Suite 401, Pensacola, Florida 32502, 1:00 PM (local time), on or before the bid due date, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids will then be reviewed for thoroughness and compliance with the required specifications before any notice of award is made and contract negotiation undertaken.

Bids must be in the possession of the DIB/DPMD Parking Manager or his designee prior to bid call at 1:00 PM on the bid date. Bids shall be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the project name, bidder's name, bidder's address, and bidder's telephone number. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.  All requested information must be provided in typed or printed format and signed in ink in the space(s) provided on the prescribed "Contractor Bid Response" form(s) or bid will be subject to rejection.  No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) calendar days thereafter.

The "Contractor Bid Response" form, with original signature, and two (2) additional copies are to be submitted in a sealed envelope as prescribed in this invitation to bid and delivered in person, by delivery service, or via the U.S. Mail before 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2010.
