New Residents

If you’re a new resident in Downtown Pensacola, let us help you get acclimated with a Downtown Passport. The Downtown Improvement Board has assembled this passport to help you settle into your new home and neighborhood. It has all of the information you need to transition into the urban lifestyle of our downtown, including information on downtown restaurants, businesses, arts, culture, entertainment, spiritual life and more as well as a guide to the City of Pensacola and change of address information, a voter registration form, and drivers license information.

Check the map below, and if your new home falls within the boundaries of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) district, tell us where you are. We’ll bring you a Downtown Passport bag within a few days.
